COMPARISON: LIVING SOMEONE ELSE’S STORY, VALUES AND PRIORITIES

COMPARISON: LIVING SOMEONE ELSE’S STORY, VALUES AND PRIORITIES

COMPARISON: One of the biggest personal reasons for me to create The Aligned Life. As I move through my own journey of self-acceptance, I realize the huge struggle we are going through.

My first major life stressor was moving when I was 13. Comparison became my long-term narcissistic boyfriend, the creep that I didn’t think I could live without. Comparison – Attention – Validation was a cycle that was normal in my teens and 20’s.

That inspired me to help other women (and their kids) because it may the ONE THING that will set you free. Can you relate?
1. The kid who never feels they are good enough: comparing their clothes, family, vacations, home, friends, body
2. The woman who never feels they are good enough: comparing their clothes, family, vacations, home, friends, body, spouse and kids

Some things don’t change unless we change them. FREE yourself, my friend. I know what it’s like to be there, to live for someone who isn’t you – to live for something that doesn’t matter – and to sacrifice all of that just to be accepted.

That’s why I became a Chiropractor – Mentor – Speaker – Podcaster: to be a loud voice and safe space for people to transform. And what I’ve witnessed is that it’s changing people’s STORY. A story they are now writing for THEM, not their narcissistic boyfriend.
