It’s long been known that chiropractic and yoga can work in harmony to increase proper posture, range of motion and flexibility, which is why we’re pleased to offer yoga classes in our office.
Our yoga sessions are open to all individuals and levels of practice and abilities. Each class focuses on an exploration of yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Meditation and relaxation techniques are also introduced in each session making these classes perfect for stress relief and overall well-being.
Our classes are open to everyone; you do not need to be a patient to attend. Space is limited; to reserve your spot attendees must be paid and registered by noon on the day of the class. Below is information for our current yoga series.
